《中国慢性病预防与控制》本刊是卫生部主管、中华预防医学会和天津市疾病预防控制中心主办的慢性疾病预防与控制的学术性期刊，是中文核心期刊、中国科技核心期刊以及多种数据库源期刊。报道内容涉及慢性病预防与控制的战略重点、战略布局、战略目标和对策研究；各种慢性病的危险因素研究、发病机制的基础实验研究、临床救治方法研究及救治经验；健康管理疾病管理的方法、效果评价方法的研究以及成本、效益分析；慢性病防治与社区卫生服务相结合研究及其实践经验；国内外慢性病预防与控制的进展和动态等。

《中国慢性病预防与控制》创刊于1992年，荣获北大2008版核心期刊。是我国唯一的国家级慢性非传染性疾病预防与控制的专业性刊物，是由中华人民共和国卫生部主管，天津市卫生局主办，系中华预防医学季刊杂志。杂志主要探索医学模式发展的理论、途径、方法及其规律，研究医学模式发展与深层次卫生改革相结合的实践经验恶性肿瘤、冠心痛、脑卒中、高血压、糖尿病等病因研究，危险因素干预以及综合控制手段；慢性病二级预防（“三早”方法、监测手段、效果评价等）、三级预防（并发症防治、晚期病人管理、提高病人生活质量、家庭康复等）的相关文章；健康教育的理论、方法、评价指标体系以及成本效益分析；慢性病人群基地、标准化、程序化建设和科学化管理的经验以及国内外慢性病预防与控制的进展、动态、趋势。
